Since 2010, Waeni and her mother Dorcas have been actively involved in giving back to the Makueni community during the Christmas season. Each December, community volunteers identify families and individuals who are facing challenges and extend invitations to our annual event. At this gathering, participants share a meal and listen to messages from local pastors, who impart the word of God to the community. As the event concludes, each invitee receives enough food to prepare a traditional Christmas meal for their entire family. Our family has been blessed, and we aim to pass on those blessings by helping those in need around us.
